in 1975 I had a part time pre-college job on a farm and the foreman Dutch" Hank "went to trade in his MK 2, 2.4 jaguar (Inspector Morse) at BL for a Marina. ( if only he knew)The salesman said he wasn't interested in the Jag but would still give him a discount.
Anyway I told my Dad, and he bought it for me for £50. I used to tinker with it and drive it in our field. Shortly after we moved home 200 miles so it was sold . But I wish I had it today
