Got a reply from Chris Flanagan, and it reads
Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your car.
The fault code you are getting is because you have the Kenne Bell tune in the ecu. All cars with a non factory calibration show that fault code. I would suspect its either a faulty coil pack, injector or a wiring fault.
