welcome to the forum, lots of help and advice here.

If a CDT and if you are towing a caravan or similar weight, having it remapped to 160 is a "must" if a CDTI the remap will make a big difference on long journeys.
I tow a 5 birth caravan

clutch, a member bled his and put new fluid in and made it better

boot leak, check tail light seals as these can split, check trim along the side or if you are unlucky it could be under the trim on the rear screen but lots of advise here on how to deal with each issue.

Alas heated seats could be the element. Not sure if they can be repaired or if you are better off putting a new heating pad under the cover as a replacement.

there will also be things for you to check as a precaution, the plenum being one
