I did mine by taking the long chrome sill strips off and squirting Dynax in through the 12 clip holes with a long spray attachment on the can. Then I did the ends through the big grommet holes in the wheel arches. See post 16 onwards -

NB. If you try this, beware - you'll probably break some or all of the trim clips when you take the chrome strips off. There are 12 per side and they're £2.15 each.

The strips aren't very easy to get off.
The 4 sill jacking points are separate items - just squirt wax up through the pad holes.
