T-Cut is referring to the oil cooler Paul, not the radiator. If the oil cooler was mixing oil and coolant I would expect you to have serious mayonnaise in the expansion tank. Have you?
If I were you I wouldn't ignore
T-Cut's very interesting and informative crackle test. I'd like to hear the result of that.
