You are only about 5.5 miles from a clutch place which I have taken all my cars the Tourer, MGZT and FL1 in the last 4 years, Walsall based 2yrs warranty or 18,000 miles which ever comes first.
He always uses LUK and the proper oil for topping up gearbox, as above if you purchase the clutch your self then have the work carried out by a garage even the one i use they would not guarantee the parts only the work, so safe to say always let the garage supply the parts even if you have to point them in the direction of what you want fitted.
