Many thanks for all your comments So ive been to my local breakers (of course following all the government rules ) And removed a engine from a scrap 75 hoping for the best

Ive stripped the engine down to check and rebuilt it has i done want to just stick it in and be back to square one next week. Touch wood seems a good starting point and so far ive just got the crankshaft back from my local engineering shop where its been measured to check its still in factory spec and its had a super light polish to remove a very small amount to marking on main bearing
