I told them they needed to look round for a better deal for their customers or they would go elsewhere. I showed the manager an app I use called AUTODOC, which gives discounts. The price of the £150 magetised bearing he quoted, I could get for £44. I said I am a pensioner and I can’t afford his high prices.
