Thank you @Mike Noc.

- the battery is all new and fully charged before I put it in the car.
- the terminals are as new.
- if the engine was seized the starter motor would try to turn the engine, but there is no sound from the starter motor.

And finally: I have cleaned the small wire on starter motor, but without any positive result.
