I agree David. In fact I think I'd go as far to say that Russell's experience may well be unique. I've come across helpful parts suppliers and meticulous specialists but never what we've read about here! PD Motor Services obviously realises the value of a loyal customer with repeat business not to mention the free advertising he's getting.
