You could be better buying another car in the same colour for peanuts and swap all the decent bits over and then just have the minor imperfections done and then have it polished. Paint is expensive and if you spend £2k on a paint job or even more if you have an accident and the car is written off it will be a struggle to get your money back from the insurance companies.
