When I were a young lad many decades ago, a lump of your mums brush stale and a quick whittle with your sheath knife, which everyone had, always worked,( always remember to round and smooth off the cut end and rub in a bit of dirt, hoping she won't notice it's six inches shorter ) or a root around for a piece of rod to fit the spigot bearing and umpteen turns of insulation tape was second best
I don't know, you young uns have it easy.
P.s.a well whittled brush stale, a dollop of heavy grease and a good belt with a decent lump hammer has shifted many a spigot bearing.
