Must admit that was what I suspected. Will jack her up tonight and take a look and see if I can work out what's broken. I'm not a great DIYer and other than a set of spanners, don't have much in the way of special tools, so I'm not hugely confident in trying to fix it myself.
Anyway, first things first... I need to know which part to order.
