MORE LIKELY THE LINKAGE TO THE BOX NEEDS CHECKING.--THE SYNCRO RARELY GOES ON THESE GEAR BOXES.

Bleeding the clutch might help.--There's also some info on the forum on how to reverse bleed the clutch. I did mine that way and it cured it.
