A clutch alignment tool is designed to center the friction plate behind the pressure plate, so that the input shaft from the gearbox will align upon assembly of box and engine.
You bolt the pressure plate on loosely, so the friction plate can move, insert the alignment tool, make sure all aligns! and bolt the pressure plate on, torquing as required. Remove tool, fit gearbox to engine.

The tool is largely superfluous, normally a broom handle will suffice.

I bought this one https://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/p/t...70301&0&t5_409

but I don't know how to use it. I've done a search on Youtube and not found anything useful.

Can you tell me how to use it?

thank you
