I think it’s a push in fitting if my memory serves me well, measure the diameter of the dipstick, I can’t remember if it’s 10 or 12 mm.
I might be able to find a fitting that will work for you (or you can cannibalise it to make yours work) it’s normally just the metal toothed ring and the red plastic collar that fails.
