Hmmm . . so basically, . . undo lower damper bolt whilst supporting the hub, get someone to stand on the hub, whip old spring out, put new spring in (turn spring so it locks into the bayonet fitting etc), jack up the hub so the hole aligns with the lower damper, reinsert and tighten bolt. ?

If that's all that is needed it's something I can do myself. . . After all, I replaced the lower front wishbone bushes myself.

Scary. I'll see how much the local garage charges first . . .
