Yes, they do have a Christmas market this year on 5th and 6th of December. It's called Nikolausmarkt. But I've never been there, so I don't know whether it's worth a visit.


The ö is pronounced like the eu in the french word fleur.

BTW do you want to buy some little dots for all the ö's and ü's ...

There's a Weihnachtsmarkt at Cologne of course. But you'll will have to expect lots of people.
