I hope the cctv is not damaged, it was not cheap and so I don't want to reattach the power supply and risk it, I have ordered a psu.
I tested 48vdc and a silly amount of ac but neither were under load. I could not test amperage, when I tried I got a spark......quite a big one for such a small unit, made me jump.
psu should arrive Friday and i'll pray that this solves the problem
