Is the fluid level in the master cylinder OK ??
My pedal was low so I injected some fluid into the system through the bleed valve on top of the gearbox. Been Alright ever since.--( Two years now.)
My engine is close to that mileage as well.
I must have a very slight leak on the slave cylinder
