from stand still, when you move off, does it sound / feel as if the engine has swung backwards and the exhaust has hit the body above or the brackets below?
This is a sign of the lower mount.
It is a simple and quick job to replace and test.
Remove it, hold the metal part in a vice, put a large screwdriver or rod through where the fixing bolts go and lever towards the front or rear. You may see the rubber has torn
