Good luck for the future, sad to see you retire I could always get hold of you in the late hours,

also always found you to be fair when dealing with certain issues that needed to be looked at, you undertook some hard decisions which I am sure did not make you flavour of the month sometimes but that is the nature of the (moderator ) beast someone as to do it, and you were brave enough to step forward.
