My (working) sunroof drains leaked, as the sunroof seal/surround is porous, and the drain on the driver's side had come apart, leaking into the footwell. As a stop-gap, I sprayed and rubbed chain-wax into the roof seal. I thought the seal would be broken after the first time of opening the roof, but this has proved not to be the case. Car is now totally dry.
