Well there are pros and cons, like the diesel being more to tax and less mpg than the manual, but on the other hand there's no clutch assembly to worry about.

But at the end of the day I think it's down to personal preference. I love my ZT-T auto and think the combination of the tourqey diesel and auto box is a winner. Its not the most advanced auto but at least its a 5 speed and works well if in good fettle.
