Default I've been wrong.

For all of my life I've divided the years into six months of light and darkness but, I'm wrong and I'll tell you why. It's dark outside now at around 7pm and that will lengthen but there's mostly lightness in the days until this point, it's the 24th of October and we're already less than eight weeks to the shortest day. In the first week of January we can see the lightness coming back in to the days, I reckon I can cope with eight weeks of darker days if I start my darkness days tonight, it's not the worst thing really. It's been a bad year for all of us in many ways but, we're still here and that is always the Ace card we have to play. I say just enjoy every breath be it warm or cold air...
