As usual , a splendid 'How too' from Arctic . It's mainly an unbolt and re-bolt job but since a new wing is is to be fitted why not grab the opportunity to do the following :-
- clean up the inside of the new wing , remove and treat any rust then apply a protection . I apply a thick layer of Epoxy resin all along the 'lip' followed by a thick cover of underbody wax across the entire wing.
- Remove the plastic wheel arch protector and clean / protect the exposed wheel arch area.
Of course , this is all best done in good weather eg Spring / summer but treating the wing can certainly be done in doors / garage now and the rest a few months later ie better weather.
