If I was to tell you I'd be lying cos I don't know, he didn't go into too much detail (I'm guessing because patents are pending), but we saw the equipment today and the results just from dipping the gear in the chemicals.

Apparently they have spent 3 years developing it and a few million $ in America/Canada, as there is new, even more stringient legislation coming out there (California) regards EGR's etc and they reckon they are getting the jump on it before cars will need to be scrapped because they fail the test. They also said it will be a matter of time before the UK follows suit. Sounds par for the course to me.
