Another hoax
We have been told many times we have left the EU and can do anything we want as a "third country" The UK is not subject to the EU court of justice, and the ruling party is supreme. Any party with a majority can make any laws it wishes, and all the courts must follow those laws. Boris told us we have "got brexit done" so any interference is not possible. And as the EU in the past failed to fall for the car makers (and white goods manufacturers etc) pressing to make any aftermarket parts illegal, with the manufacturers saying aftermarket parts were "potentially dangerous" it is highly unlikely this is anything more than the tory press following their own agenda that the EU, although we have left, is the source of all our problems.
