Longlife seems the preferred option (from a 2014 thread) and that's what I had.
Trouble is,3 years later, I had other corrosion issues - this time with the car's bodywork.
Unless your car is sound I'd just get the original exhaust repaired.
I was happy with the Longlife system, but it wasn't quite as quiet as the original.
But they're diesels anyway, so they're not going to be as quiet as a petrol can be
