I have an Xtrons headunit and use a wireless OBD adapter to transmit the information for the Torque Pro application which I find quite useful and covers most things I need, but specifically coolant temperature. I can't remember if it can monitor oil pressure though.
It was some years ago I bought the adapter but I believe it to be a ELM327 unit but wireless as I didn't want any leads hanging in the footwell.
