No MIG, my thoughts at this moment are to try dropping the subframe down sufficiently to improve access to the top of it, then get some grips on the round nut so i can try and undo the bolt again, then remove the round nut and replace it with a hexagon one that i can get a spanner on from the top.

Worst case if i cant get it done that way then remove the lot. From the looks of the subframe bolts and washers i need to get some new ones ready for the task.
