There are literally 1000's of dahlia varieties and I think you will struggle to find the variety. The petal formation would indicate it is not of exhibition standard and therefore more difficult to match and find a supplier.
I suggest you go online to Halls of Heddon
https://www.hallsofheddon.com/dahlias/ who are one of the best dahlia suppliers in the country. Have a look at the large/giant range of decoratives. Louis Meggos has the same creamy colour.
