A YAC003790LNF is what you should have bought, and yes it needs really to be configured using T4.
You can copy the VIN and ZCS coding from the EWS and the mileage from the LSM using TOAF, but it doesn't complete the entire coding sequence.
Do not fit the unit until the point before it is about to be configured, as if the mileage exceeds 60miles it will not be possible to reconfigure using T4
