Do you enlarge the picture your moving or click copy image to on the thumbnail?

I think the problem you're experiencing is having one too many http://
When copying the picture link in full it already includes http://
but there's already http:// in the insert image button
which will need removing prior to inserting the link.
However, and hopefully not to confuse, I find it much easier to right click on the picture when enlarged, copy it, then right click and paste it into the body of the post where required, works fine with both IE and Chrome - cannot comment for other browsers though.
