Its a 5 man hour job plus the kit - MGR DMF's have a very good reputation - so i would go for a 3 piece clutch kit - clutch plates and slave - i would get a LUK kit - say 200-250 plus labour. Now where i live my garage charges £40.00 per hour plus vat - so labour £240 plus parts ( which i buy) £200-250 - so £440 to £490 - - i suspect as you are in the South the hourly labour rate is much higher than in these parts.
