Just seen the awful photos of the damage to your Dorchester Andy. You seem to be very philosophical about it but what's done is done. Hope insurance coughs up, they're good at taking your money but not so good at paying out.
So sorry to read that Deb's is back in hospital, hopefully for not too long.
