Housebound for most of the day, as we're awaiting a visit from the Baxi engineer to rectify a fault on the boiler which was identified by my local plumber when he did the annual service last week. It's still under warranty for another 7 years so at least it will be a free fix - apparently my diverter valve has sprung a leak - ooooooer missus  |

good morning Rod, how is Angela? By coincidence a heating engineer has just left this morning. He remedied a problem of scalding water. The mixer valve was fully open to hot water only. It’s now set to hot, but not scalding and I am happy with that. Have a great day.
