Here's the (final) revision for wheel tracking as defined on Technical Bulletin TB0061(3) 2004.

Not clear what the '1.3 degrees' refers to, but it isn't within the toe or thust angle specs. Remember only the toe (and thereby the thrust angle) is adjustable. All other parameters will be either in or out depending on the state of the suspension. The correct adjuster tool for the trailing arm mounting is MGR No.64-021 or equivalent.
