.................................. on Saturday evening at the Cornish MGOC Christmas dinner. Totally gobsmacked to be awarded the Piston Broke Trophy for having spent the most money on my MG over the last year.

Plus I won 1 of 2 star prizes in the raffle. Either Banana or the Bear with have a one off special Hand drawing done by Sharon Poulton of Beetle-ink. The picture will also be framed. The voucher is worth £250.

In the auction I won a further 2 prizes donated by Sharon, a MG mug with Betty Boo on the side plus a plaque with a quotation on.

I’ll post a couple of pictures up later on.

Allen won a Hessian tote MG bag in the auction and Val won a book on how to improve your driving, she wants to give that to her daughter. I cannot go into details why, but I know Debbie will see the funny side.

We had a fabulous evening, the food was awesome but the company really made the evening.
We drove home in torrential rain and gale force winds but the Bear took it all in her stride. And she tripped over onto 63,000 miles.
