BMW in Coventry. He stood for 10 minutes asking for a breakdown of the bill and got a long story about safety checks and cost of top quality filter and best oil, not forgetting the VAT. Minimum one hour labour charge. Still far too much.
If I supply oil and filter to my local garage he wants a £10 note. I must remove the undertray for him beforehand which is perfectly reasonable.
