Hi Pete.
As the alloy A/C pipe been perforated from the rubbing of the hose pipe, sometime you can see it as other times you may have pin holes which are harder to see, either way get the hose tied back.

Also check the lower part of the hose as it can get rubbed through by the compressor pulley.
