You've hit the nail on the head, It's time to hit the motorist cash cow again. I was talking to a chap on another forum yesterday & he was saying he wanted to trade his older Kia car in for a Euro Cat 6 as the CAZ (clean air zone) coming to Birmingham next year would effect his daily commute and would be charged £6 a day.
