If it's a front one then as I recall you just need to disconnect the ABS plug and pull it up out of the way into the engine compartment. There are then a couple of screws at the rear attaching it to the little stubby mudflap thing and a couple at the front attaching it to the brake cooling deflector. The rest is just scrivets. Make sure you have a supply of new ones as you're bound to break at least one getting it off.
