Just to be clear, The original email received by missmoppet is a phishing email attempting to get you to follow the link to a site
hoping that you'll get to the page without your AV or browser stopping you. Then you can share lots of juicy Personal info
with them, while you are thinking that you're claiming some non-existent government grant.
