I picked up my ZT 1.8T at the weekend and noticed the same pool of water under the car (the car was parked facing down a slope).
Having removed the plenum covers to take a look, there was a little water in there, so when it stops raining today I'll be unblocking the lower drain - I eventually found the data sheet on the club website not the forum.

Sonus - sounds like you need to do the same thing!
