Diesel engine’s have not got much engine braking. Lorries have got what is called an exhaust brake, usually operated by a button that you put your foot on to operate. This gives some engine braking, but not as much as a petrol engine. As far as I know, it is not a T4 selectable item. It is a natural event from any petrol engine. Unless someone knows better?
