A couple of years back, I had a similar issue. I searched on Youtube and was able to find a detailed video showing how to completely dismantle the printer. A word of warning though: as helpful as the video was, once I'd dismantled it and sorted the issue (an ink blockage in my case), there was no way I could get it back together
