Ive cleaned the trim clip area thoroughly along the bottom edge of the window and let to dry overnight. Tomorrow I will apply some sealant and refit the clips.
On removal of the trim however Ive noticed that the window seal is showing signs of chrome through the black top layer. So my question is do I remove the black covering for a chrome finish or try to get a replacement seal? Are they available and if so how much are they?? Where do I get one from..

They're available from Rimmer Bros, however, while you have the trim off the car, give it a good clean, degrease it and give it a whiff over with some satin black paint
