it is indeed a diy job and not that hard. I would recommend a Haynes manaual
If you have a rear anti roll bar there will be additional work to trikey's post.
when putting everything back together the car needs to be sitting on its wheels when tightening the bolts of the arms and perhaps the sub frame.
