Shadow Chrome is silver over black, I've seen close up various colours on Apex wheels and Shadow Chrome done well looks good, Sparkle Silver looks good, Sparkly "Dodgem" metalflake looks surprisingly excellent (see Rick-Sta's monogram Typhoon)
They look dirty in gunmetal, and positively awful in solid black.

Rick was very unsure at the time as I recall, the colour of his wheels was IIRC Deanna's choice, but they are stunning
